I am excited to serve teachers, parents, and students as the Burke County Middle School Assistant Principal of Instruction. The BCMS staff is committed to helping every child reach their fullest capacity and excel.

I have worked over 20 years in the nuclear industry with broad experience collaborating with scientists, engineers, operators, construction, and maintenance professionals within the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and OSHA.  As an Environmental Safety & Health Radiological First Line Manager responsible for the oversight of nuclear workers, government facilities, and the environment, I have functioned as a Subject Matter Expert in programmatic analysis/implementation, data analysis, hazard analysis/mitigation, and OSHA safety mentoring to various nuclear facilities throughout the country as well as private industry.  

As a proud native of Burke County and graduate of Burke County High School, I have earned the following degrees and certifications: Masters in Curriculum & Instruction - Accomplished Teaching, Bachelors in Chemistry Education, Doctorate & Masters in Theology, Bachelors in Biblical Studies, AA in Business Administration, Emergency Medical Technician, OSHA Special Government Employee, and Nuclear Instructor.
