This is my seventh year teaching students with exceptionalities. It is truly a blessing to work among the best and brightest faculty, staff and students at Burke County Middle School. In Ms. Jordan’s classroom learning is a journey filled with enriching activities and positive learning experiences. We are all about making PROGRESS in all aspects of life! Mrs. Reeves and I are EXCITED about the learning and growth that will take place this school year.

Parents & Students,

We are halfway through our first nine weeks of the 2018-2019 school year!!! I am so thankful for the support and involvement of the BCMS community. It is a blessing to have a school year dedicated to demonstrating learning and growth. I want to thank you for continuing to stay on target with our guidelines and rules to ensure that we are providing a safe and quality education for our students.

Students are allowed to enter the building at 7:35 a.m. They will be marked tardy after 7:55 a.m.

Agendas are sent home daily and require your signature as it may contain important documents that may also require your signature.

The students will work on and make progress on their IEP goals we established last school term.

I would like to extend an invitation to follow our school on Twitter @BurkeCountyMS.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions/ concerns related to your child’s education and services.

This year I also have the pleasure to serve my fourth term as the 2018-2019 yearbook adviser.
